Enrollment Policy
An application fee of $250.00 (non refundable) is required to begin childcare services and to hold a space.
There is a $10 discount per week for each additional sibling. Nap mats and covers are to be provided by the student.
You must give a 120 day written notice prior to withdrawing from Cedars Preparatory Academy.
Payment is due whether the child is present or not. Childcare can be terminated without notice if tuition is late.
Children must be healthy to participate in a group setting. Parents agree to share all pertinent medical and developmental challenges on the child's enrollment forms.
Children enrolled in the middle-3s class and older must be toilet trained.
Cedars Preparatory Academy has the right to dismiss your child from enrollment if they choose not to follow school polices.
Application to the Academy does not imply admittance to the program. All application materials are reviewed by the Director. If the student has met the admission requirements, the file is complete and space is available, you will be contacted regarding acceptance. This will include an Enrollment Form, Tuition Payment Contract, Student Profile, Health Statement and information regarding required immunizations. A student's name will be placed on a roster ONLY after each of the following is submitted to the school office: all Enrollment Packet forms, requested health information and the applicable, non-refundable Enrollment Fee. All Enrollment fees and paperwork must be received within 2 weeks of notification of acceptance or the space will be released to the next available applicant.
It is your responsibility to provide the child's Health Statement and Immunization Record from their pediatrician to the school.
